There are seasons when your energy runs low — not just physically, but spiritually.
You pray… but the words don’t come.
You read Scripture… but it feels distant.
You love God… but you feel empty.

If that’s you, hear this:

God is not disappointed in you.
He sees you. He understands your exhaustion.
And He invites you to rest in Him — not perform for Him.

1. God Renews You When You Stop Striving

Spiritual burnout often comes from carrying more than God asked us to carry.

“My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” – 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NLT)

You don’t have to “get it together” before you come to God.
Your weakness is not a liability — it’s the doorway to His strength.

2. God Speaks Softly — Not Through Pressure

Encouragement doesn’t always come through big revelations.
Sometimes it’s a whisper:
A Scripture brought to mind.
A gentle nudge.
A quiet moment of peace.

God comforts with presence, not pressure.

“He leads me beside peaceful streams; He renews my strength.” – Psalm 23:2–3 (NLT)

3. Your Spirit Restores When You Let God Hold You

You are not meant to be strong all the time.
You are meant to be held.

Let God carry what you’ve been carrying alone.

Talk to Him honestly:
“Lord, I’m tired. I need You.”
He always responds to honesty before perfection.

“He will cover you with His feathers… His faithful promises are your armor and protection.” – Psalm 91:4 (NLT)

A Simple Prayer for Today

Jesus, I’m at Your feet.
Renew me where I feel drained.
Quiet every noise inside me that isn’t from You.
Fill me with strength that only You can supply.
Thank You for holding me through every season. Amen.

Save this for later.
Share it with someone who feels empty today.
And keep showing up — God is restoring you in ways you can’t see yet.
